a four week bodywork REVIVAL
expand
A holding pattern is not something to fix. It is your body's best solution to something it needed to survive.
You are not broken. You are patterned.
Expand is where you begin to meet it.
Four weeks of deep bodywork, each session building on what came before. The order matters. The cadence matters. The container holds what a single session cannot.
Between sessions, the work continues. Each week includes some type of somatic audio meditations, journal prompts, and movement practices to support what your body is processing. The table work and the between session practices are designed to work together.
This series is for you if: You have tried massage and felt temporary relief. You sense something deeper is running the show. You are ready for a process and understand that real shifts take time, attention and repetition.
Expand does not promise transformation. It offers something more honest: a structured opportunity to meet your holding patterns and give your body the conditions it needs to reorganize.
the Expand Series is $2200
What clients say:
“Chelsea listens with her hands and interprets the patterns of stuckness in the tissues, which is of course a physical representation of what is stuck in life. She works with both the physical and energetic creating space for movement and flow. Truly a healer at the deepest level."
“From the moment I walked through Chelsea’s door to the unfortunate time when I had to leave, I was in the cradle of the present. Never have I felt so calm, so good and so engaged... Chelsea is a sage who not only brought my shoulders down to where they should be, but also left me with a more rooted self.
“I had been working with a physical therapist for a year on hip and ankle pain, and after my session with Chelsea, those pains melted away.”
The Four Weeks
Week 1: Meeting Before anything can shift, it has to be seen. We map how your body holds tension and where your nervous system is bracing. Nothing is corrected yet. You are simply introduced to your own holding patterns, many of which have been there for years.
Week 2: Awareness Seeing is the beginning. Feeling is what deepens the work. You start to notice the holding pattern on the table and in daily life, in your breath, your movement, where you brace. Things often begin to move once they are felt clearly and repeatedly.
Week 3: Unwinding Release does not happen on demand. It happens after enough safety has been established to allow something to soften. Tissue releases. Guarding reduces. The body begins to settle into something new.
Week 4: Integration Without integration the body returns to what it knows. This session reinforces new ways of moving and being supported, not as a conclusion but as a foundation. You leave with something your body can actually build on.
