The Same time,
Every MOnth

always handled

A standing appointment with me. Two hours, your day and time, booked and billed automatically for as long as you want them.

Right now, booking with me means planning a month ahead.

My schedule fills, and a month out is what it takes to get in.

It also means the person who most needs a session is often the person least able to plan for one. You think of it on a bad week, you look at the calendar, and the next opening is five weeks out. So you wait. Then you forget. Then it is three months later and your shoulder is worse.

A standing slot removes that entirely. You are already booked. You were booked before you needed it.

What consistency does that occasional sessions cannot

When I see someone every month, I am not starting over. I know where your shoulder sits when you are fine and where it goes when you are not. I can feel a pattern shifting across sessions instead of guessing at it inside a single two hours.

The work gets more precise because I have context. And you stop arriving in a state that needs rescuing, which is really the point.

How it works

Same day, same time, every month. First Tuesday at ten, that kind of thing.
