The series includes:
(4) x 2hr 15min sessions, scheduled weekly
Between sessions, I may offer simple somatic meditations, reflection prompts, or Five Element informed practices to support integration, so the work can continue unfolding beyond the table.
Each week, we stay in conversation with what your body presents in real time:
areas of chronic tension
deep abdominal and fascial holding
compensation patterns from injury, stress, or overload
the nervous system responses underneath it all
This is precise, highly attuned work that builds week to week. Staying in cadence allows the work to deepen rather than reset between one off sessions.
Clients often notice more space, more breath, or less internal pressure as patterns begin to unwind, not just on the table….
